Tracking & Delivery Questions
Your Order ID is provided in your SMS order confirmation, your email receipt, and in your Afoomart account dashboard under "My Orders". It typically looks like AFM-XXXXX or a numeric order number.
For high-value electronics and gadgets, Afoomart issues a unique 4-digit security PIN. Only provide this code to the dispatch courier once you have physically received and inspected your package.
Our delivery rider will attempt to call you up to 3 times. If unavailable, the parcel is safely returned to the nearest Afoomart Logistics Station, and redelivery is automatically rescheduled for the next business day.
